Research questions: What drives and motivates human behavior on an unconscious level? How do we know?

Results/Application: The PRINT framework helps organizations and individuals engage in role alignment, differentiate between shadow behavior and best self behavior, identify issues in work environment, individual and group behavior that are problematic, strategize through thinking traps and triggers.

Topic: Trust, mistrust and betrayal

Research questions: How do people in organizations form trust in the amid the experience of betrayal? What is betrayal and trust and how is it formed? Why do individuals tend to idealize trust/the experience of trust?

Hypothesis: Issues of betrayal and trust have become major issues in NYC schools over the last several years due to rapid changes that are not being well managed within the organizations and system itself.
